DeepCOA Studio
A planning studio that samples thousands of courses of action against stated constraints, prunes them against indexed doctrine and rules of engagement, stress-tests the survivors by simulation, and returns three options with the reasoning behind each one left open to inspection.
Purpose
DeepCOA inverts the usual planning cycle: the commander states the intent, the studio explores the possibility space, and the staff reviews what comes back. It exists so that a decision taken quickly can still be defended afterwards — every branch carries its probability, its outcome distribution and its named failure modes, and any node can be opened to the trials that produced it.

Planning staff and exercise designers working on maritime intercept, amphibious and joint entry, air tasking, ground manoeuvre, cyber and information operations — and the wargaming teams who rehearse them.
What it produces
Three commander-ready courses of action with full reasoning trees, expected values and named failure modes; side-by-side comparison of any two against KPIs, outcome distributions and doctrine compliance; and modification deltas that rerun the arithmetic when an asset, an emission-control posture or a constraint changes. Exposed through a typed REST and gRPC API and as a Model Context Protocol server.
Method note
DeepCOA Studio is a commercial product of Deep Sentrics, whose founder and chief executive, Martin Stamenov, is CORE's Technology and Systems Lead. It is listed here as an example of decision-support tooling relevant to CORE's exercise and information dominance work, not as a CORE product. The vendor is explicit that outputs are advisory and that the system claims no authorship over the decision itself.
